1 Analogue systems (2 options )

KX-TEA 308 (Maximum 3 Lines / 8 Extensions)

The KX-TEA 308 is an Advanced Hybrid Telephone System a very cost effectively system that comes pre-configured with 3 outside (CO) lines and 8 extensions, therefore requiring no expansion cards. The system provides features that can satisfy the demands of the most sophisticated and cost conscious users. You can connect a variety of communication devices, such as Dect, answering machines, computer modems, credit card Pdq, fax machines, or any other device that works with conventional telephone lines.

KX-TES 824 (Expand up to 8 Lines / 24 Extensions)

The KX-TES 824 Advanced Hybrid Telephone is slightly bigger than the 308 System comes initially supplied ready for 3 lines and 8 extensions and fully expandable up to 8 lines 24 extensions using both digital and analogue handsets. System includes built-in Direct Inward System Access/Message on busy, Extension Caller Line Identity.

The Voice Message Card ensures you will never miss a call when unavailable to answer your phone. The voice mailbox can be customise, by recording your own greetings which will be replayed when you are away from your phone, both of these systems support the KX-T7700 series range of telephones .

Packed with many features, Hold, Call transfer, Flexible Ringing, Pick up 100 System Speed Dials, both the Panasonic KX-TEA 308 and KX-TES 824 are ideal for small businesses, small workshop environments or home offices, requiring a flexible system with a high degree of sophistication.

2 Digital Hybrid systems using ISDN and VOIP trunks

KX-TDA 15 (Maximum 8 Lines/20 Extensions) & KX-TDA 30 (Maximum 12 Lines/52 Extensions)

The Panasonic KX-TDA 15 is the base system, this systems comes configured with a 4 Channel ISDN card with 12 extensions, full KX-TDA solutions and the option of voice mail, both these systems have trunk flexibility to provide a complete ISDN System or a mixture of up to 6 ISDN and 2 Analogue incoming lines. Both of these telephone systems support the KX-T7600 and the latest KX-DT series range of telephones.

These systems can be configured to meet customers present needs, and expand as the business grows.

Additional Features from the KX-DT series of telephone:

Proprietary Digital Telephones – Alphanumeric displays provide visual feedback, the user-friendly display makes it easier to handle calls and perform other tasks. You can use the displays to view a variety of information. You can also make calls by following the visual prompts shown on the display. Message Lamp, Multifunctional LCD, Large Display screen, Menu screen prompts, ring tones, headset jack, hands free speech/speakerphone, auto dial, line keys notification, navigation key & tilt position.

Integrating Digitally Enhanced Cordless Telephony (DECT) with KX-TDA means the benefits of the system are not left behind when you leave your desk. Handsets can provide CLI (see who's calling before you take the call), Headset compatibility, Vibrator ring (essential in noisy industrial environments or silent alert to be discreet).

Music on Hold

We are now able to offer our customers a quality Professional Voiceover Music on Hold production service, to enhance the use or their telephone systems, an excellent opportunity to promote your business when your callers are on placed on hold.

The most popular standard production option includes a scriptwriting service of up to 500 words, a choice of professional voiceover and PRS-free music from the studios data base, created in either CD or MP3 format.

We use a local production studio and the scriptwriters will use the information contained on the customers website, or from a company brochure to create the Music on Hold script, the voiceover artist are based at this studio, which means they can provide a fast and efficient service once the script is agreed.
